Important Information Regarding Your Ticket Purchase:

- Your ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE. You are more then welcome to sell your ticket to someone else, or give it away, or you can use the tickets’ value towards one of our many Conscious Community Events Productions in the future. Again, there are NO REFUNDS.
- In the case that we don’t sell out, we will offer individual Day Tickets starting MARCH 1st. The Day Tickets will be almost the same price of a Full Weekend Ticket, so we recommend you purchase a Full Weekend Ticket at the early price and attend as much of the event as you can.
- Your ticket purchase is tax deductible. The business name selling you a ticket is the nonprofit sponsoring Conscious Community Events, DANCE OUTRE. This is the name that will appear on your billing statement. Please remember that when you receive your statement. Your purchase is considered a DONATION. This is another reason your ticket is non-refundable.

SECURITY INFORMATION: Our venue is NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. The vendor area is NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. This is a private conference for ticketed/paying attendees. If you do not have a ticket or an appointment and approach/try to engage any of our speakers you will be removed by hotel security.
Finally, if you want to meet friends at the conference who are not atending, that is fine. But please accompany them when they at the hotel.
PARKING: $15 a day (regular price $28) for attendees who are not staying at the hotel. Hotel guests have Free Parking if purchasing the $129 package deal.
