Our presentation dives into those reasons to help explain the stigmas that are inhibiting Law Enforcement Officers and First Responders from coming forward and to provide understanding to overcome those stigmas. In addition to explaining the training and requirements to enter a career in law enforcement, we provide first-hand information about the stigmas affecting officers & first responders. We will be sharing several stories from officers who came forward with their experiences and the fallout they faced in doing so.

ROBERT PERALA is the internationally acclaimed author of The Divine Blueprint: Roadmap For The New Millennium and The Divine Architect: The Art of Living And Beyond. He is most noted for his personal encounter with extraterrestrials in 1977 which led him to over 35 years in research and studies in extraterrestrial science, the ancient mystery schools, the origin of the soul and the nature of existence.

ROBERT L. SALAS is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, class of 1964. He served seven years on active duty before separating from the Air Force in 1971. While on active duty, he worked as a Weapons Controller, flew target drones, commanded inter-continental ballistic missiles as a launch officer. He also worked as an Air Force missile propulsion engineer on the Titan III program. From 1971-73 he worked as a safety and reliability engineer for Martin-Marietta Aerospace and Rockwell International on Space Shuttle design proposals. From 1974 until his retirement in 1995 he worked for the Federal Aviation Administration as an aircraft structures certification engineer. From 1991-93 he served as an FAA attache to the U.S. Embassy in Indonesia, advising that government on aircraft certification. From 1998- 2016, he worked as a mathematics teacher.

In 2001, he presented his testimony about the 1967 Malmstrom AFB incidents at the international Disclosure Project. In 2005 he published the book Faded Giant with co-author James Klotz, which details his UFO incident while stationed at Malmstrom AFB, Montana in 1967. In 2013, he published Unidentified - The UFO Phenomenon, providing new details on the phenomenon as a whole. On September 27, 2010 he co-sponsored a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington D.C., where he and six other ex-military witnesses testified to the reality of the UFO incidents at U.S. nuclear weapons bases. In May 2013, he participated in the Citizen’s Hearing on Disclosure at the National Press Club, Washington, DC. In October 2021, he organized another press conference with three other ex-military witnesses on the connection between UAP and nuclear weapons incidents.

In June, 2022, he testified to a special session of the Senate of Brazil. In September 2023, he testified to the House of Deputies Legislature of Mexico. Mr. Salas has spoken at International conferences in over fifteen countries, including Norway, France, England, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, South Africa, Costa Rica, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. He has been publicly speaking about his incident at UFO conferences, podcasts and television since 1996. He holds a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology (1969) and a Masters in Education from the University of Washington (1998).

The Significance of UFO Incidents and Nuclear Weapons Bases

DESCRIPTION
Robert will present details of the many acknowledged incidents involving UFOs at nuclear weapons bases in the U.S. and other parts of the world. Because of the number of these incidents and the fact that there was no damage done to the weapons systems, he has concluded that they were intended to be a cosmic message for humanity. That message is one of an appeal for us to simply abolish our nuclear weapons for the sake of eliminating the risk of the total destruction of our civilization and all life forms on our planet.

RONALD REGEHR has been a UFO researcher for more than 65 years.  Regehr is a retired aerospace engineer with 36 years experience at Douglas Aircraft and Aerojet ElectroSystems working in space vehicles and highly classified space surveillance systems.  He is MUFON Deputy Director of Research, MUFON Director of Documentation, and a MUFON research specialist in space satellite technology.  Two of his major areas of contribution in UFO research are satellite detection of UFOs and analysis of the photos associated with the Roswell case.  Regehr is currently researching the degree of alien intervention into Puebloan culture.

Aerospace Engineering
Regehr was an engineer with Douglas Aircraft (now Boeing) and Aerojet (now Northrop Grumman).  At Douglas he was part of the Saturn/Apollo design team and was responsible for the electrical interface between stages of the Apollo rocket.  Later, he developed the requirements for the first US space station, Skylab, working closely with the astronauts, NASA headquarters, and Douglas designers.

At Aerojet, Regehr was part of the team that developed one of our nation’s top surveillance satellites, the Defense Support Program or DSP.  The team developed ground data-processing software and interfaces with other program elements.  During his career, he held various security clearances up to the level of Top Secret Q, and he was frequently called upon to assist government specialists in the evaluation of classified programs.

UFO Research
Regehr first became interested in the UFO phenomena in the mid-1950s as a young volunteer for the Ground Observer Corps. Through the years he continued reading everything available on UFOs, and in the mid-1980s he became seriously involved in UFO research when his knowledge of classified data indicated to him the US government was not telling the pubic the truth about UFOs.

In particular, based on technical details in the 1976 Iranian UFO case, Regehr became convinced that US spy satellites were detecting UFOs. Between 1988 and 1994 he published a series of articles establishing that this was true, culminating in his April 1994 MUFON Journal article, “Do Spy Satellites See UFOs?” Also in 1994, Regehr made the information available to a national audience as a guest participant in a documentary on the Iranian UFO case on the TV program “Sightings.”

In 1998, Regehr published a monograph “How to Build a $125 Million UFO Detector,” which is an analysis of the technical problems involved in satellite detection of UFOs. Regehr’s Iranian UFO paper, which won 1st prize in MUFON’s 2006 “Best Evidence” contest, combined newly published information (Pratt; Maccabee) with Regehr’s analysis to show that the 1976 event in Iran provides irrefutable evidence of the reality of UFOs.

Other research done by Regehr contributed to knowledge about the Roswell case.  Regehr’s February 2000 MUFON UFO Journal article “Not Enough ‘Foil’,” shows that the 200-yd. diameter debris field described by Mac Brazel was far too large to have been caused by the impact of a Mogul research balloon train.

In 1998-2000 Regehr played a key role in bringing to fruition research on the Roswell Ramey office photos carried out by Regehr, Morris, Leveoux, and Johnson.  Careful analysis of the photos, rescued from 50 years of obscurity, revealed the times of day the photos were made, that more than two photographers photographed the debris, that the debris pictured in the photos could not have been that of a Mogul balloon, and even that virtually all of the text of the teletype held by Gen. Ramey was readable. These analyses are summarized in his book, REVEALED Secrets of the Roswell Photographs: An International Team Reveals The Long-Lost Details of the Only Surviving Evidence of the Most (In)famous UFO Crash in History.

Regehr’s current research involves evidence the Pueblo have been visited by Star People. Ron revised and updated the MUFON Field Investigator’s Manual to bring it up to industry standards and enable electronic access and updates for all MUFON members. He lives in Rimrock, AZ where he enjoys his retirement and research. He is happily married, with four daughters, two sons, grandfather of five boys and four girls, and has three great-granddaughters and two great-grandsons.

Majestic Documents: The Missing Paper Trail of the UFO Cover-Up

DESCRIPTION
This talk presents a structured, evidence-driven examination of the Majestic documents as an alleged internal paper trail of a long-running, highly compartmented UFO program. Rather than treating the documents as isolated curiosities, Ryan S. Wood approaches them as an integrated record—asking a single, central question: If a classified UFO program actually existed, what would its paperwork look like, and does the Majestic corpus behave like that paperwork?

TERRY LOVELACE served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1973 to 1979. Trained as a medic and EMT, the bulk of his enlistment was spent as a first responder at the Emergency Room of Whiteman Air Force Base Hospital.

After military service, he completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, cum laude, from Park University. He earned a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan and was admitted to the bar the same year. In addition to serving as a felony prosecutor, he was keenly interested in health care law. He’s a member of the American College of Health Care Executives and was certified as a health care risk manager.

While an Assistant Attorney General for the U.S. Territory of American Samoa, he was General Counsel for LBJ Tropical Medical Center. He finished his legal career as State’s Attorney for Vermont’s Board of Medical Practice in 2012 and lives in Dallas.
